Fieldnote customers can send a sales note to their CRM as a text message. A rep finishes a farm visit, texts what happened to their company's Fieldnote number, and the note is waiting in their database before they've pulled out of the lane.

Only named employees of a company that subscribes to Fieldnote CRM.
A rep's work mobile has to be entered on their user record inside the CRM, and only that company's own administrator can enter it. There is no sign-up form on this website, and there is no list anybody can be added to. If your number is not on a user record, a text you send is discarded and you get no reply at all.
A person opts in by texting this number themselves. That text is the consent, and nothing is ever sent before it.
Fieldnote never texts first. Every message this number sends is a reply to a text that arrived moments earlier from that same number. There is no list, no schedule and no broadcast. If nobody texts in, this number sends nothing at all.
How a number is recognised. Before a reply can be sent, the texter's number must already appear on a user record in their employer's CRM, entered by that company's own administrator. This is an access check, not a consent step: entering a number sends no message and causes no message to be sent. A text from an unrecognised number is discarded with no reply.
One line, confirming the note arrived and where to find it. For example:
Got it. Maple Lane Farms is in Armour Ag Supply, waiting in Show entries to be filed. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
That is the whole of it. No marketing, no promotions, no newsletters, no reminders, and nothing sent on a schedule.
Reply STOP to any message and the number will not message you again. Reply START to turn it back on. Reply HELP to be told who to contact.
Stopping is instant and needs nobody's permission, not your employer's and not ours.
Nothing from us. Message and data rates from your own mobile carrier may apply, the same as any other text you send. Message frequency varies and depends entirely on how often you choose to text a note in.
A note you text in goes into your employer's own Fieldnote database and nowhere else. Each customer's database is separate, on its own web address. We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not use it to market anything to anybody.
